Spring is here for most of us, officially March 20th for the northern hemisphere. Typically this is the time that most people like to do that thing called 'Spring Cleaning'. I know and you know you really need to clean out your closets and garage. Out with the old and in with the new. Oh Boy, how we all love to do these projects. Snicker, Snicker. You may find yourself asking 'What am I going to do with all this JUNK I am throwing out and don't need? I really hate to take it to the dump.' Answer: 'I know what I will do, I'll join Freecycle and give it away. Yes, I said GIVE it away. 'One mans trash is another mans Treasure'! I love giveaway's!

It's a grassroots and entirely nonprofit movement of people who are giving (& getting) stuff for free in their own towns. It's all about reuse and keeping good stuff out of landfills. Each local group is moderated by a local volunteer (them's good people). Membership is free.
